To our valued customers,
We are excited to announce that we are finally reopening! We cannot even begin to tell you how much we have missed everyone. We hope that everyone was able to stay safe and healthy during the time of lockdown.
In the coming week we will begin scheduling appointments for people that were rescheduled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We will also be scheduling those of you who are looking to get on the books for new work. We ask everyone to be patient as we prepare to be open as there are many new temporary and permanent protocols being put into place for everyone’s safety.
Please read the updated operating procedures pdf to ensure that you are prepared to make your appointment and come in prepared according to the new guidelines.
Please remember that you are ALL important to us so be patient with us as we try to get to all of you as quickly as possible.
Our official reopening date will be June 5th.
We cannot wait to see you all back in the shop!

REOPENING GUIDELINES AND POLICIES
For the time being face coverings are required for anyone and everyone to be inside the building per the State Health Department recommendation where social distancing cannot be practiced. This includes all our staff members. Anyone not wearing/refusing to wear a face covering may be asked to leave the premises and could lose their appointment and/or deposit. Lets just keep everyone safe guys.
Please do not bring friends or family with you for your appointment if you are over the age of 18. We understand how difficult this is for people as we are so used to being a social gathering place of business and please remember this is TEMPORARY. If you are a minor coming in for a piercing, you may bring 1 of your legal parent(s)/guardian(s).
We are not taking walk-ins currently. Everyone without an appointment looking to obtain a service time MUST call ahead and reserve a time. Anyone without a reserved time will be asked to leave. If you are late over 15 minutes without communication for your reserved time, you will need reschedule for another day.
Social distancing must be practiced whenever possible. We are making changes to our intake procedures for all arriving clients, so distancing is easier. When you come in for your appointment you will be guided to your artist’s station or to the piercing room to complete your waiver paperwork. At this time, we would ask you to stay in that area until the service has been completed and you have been directed to the front by your artist or technician. Bathroom/smoke breaks are of course an exception to this.
We have a new touch-up policy: We will be completing touch-ups on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Anyone looking to schedule a touch-up of a tattoo completed before lockdown that has been completed in less than a 12-month period may request a time slot on the new touch-up schedule. Touch-ups must be completed by the original artist and you must request your preferred date by e-mail with a photo of the tattoo in question to firstname.lastname@example.org.
